Mothers are still finding it hard to actively participate in organizations. They possess instead key essential qualities to lead us into a more sustainable future. Through the profound experience of motherhood, mothers endure the positive transformation of a life epiphany; they become the embodiment of ethics of compassion; and they establish a visceral attachment to the future, through their own children’s eyes. This talk is about the journey of one of those mothers and a call to action to all mothers who want to leave a better world to posterity.
